I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety
Guess What ??
Training 5 days a week
Makes me a happy and contented person
I’m not a athlete but I satisfied with my self
being keeping fit and don’t let my Mental health hinder me
I’m 65yrs old now and will never slow down
